📅 Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns or refunds are no longer accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

🚚 Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for all eligible returns within 30 days, including cases of:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item damaged during shipping

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Change of mind (if item is unused)

We provide pre-paid return labels for all eligible returns.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

❌ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 days of purchase if it has not been confirmed or shipped.
If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

🔄 Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong size

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

The item must be unused and returned in original condition.
